Since joining the firm in 2013, Lisa has been focused on vendor selection projects, vendor management, preferred provider network analysis, medical claims data analysis, and plan design pricing for our clients. She also provides research, analysis, and support for clients on industry cost and design trends and approaches to benefits administration and outsourcing. Lisa is also our practice leader for Private Exchanges, having assisted clients with evaluation and selection.
Lisa developed much of her benefits expertise on the plan sponsor side. As an assistant vice president of employee benefit strategy and design at KeyCorp, Lisa was responsible for vendor management, spearheaded a radical redesign of its retiree medical benefits, managed all aspects of its group dental benefits program, and led a communication campaign to introduce its consumer driven health plan. Prior to joining Key, she served as a compensation and benefits analyst at Jo-Ann Stores after beginning her career as an analyst for a 401(k) third-party administrator.
• Besides doing private exchange evaluation and selection for clients, conducted an employer survey on the subject and presented the results in a national webinar.
• Conducted life insurance RFP for large employer that resulted in premium reduction of approximately 21%

When not watching her daughters dance and cheer or volunteering at their school, Lisa enjoys doing yoga, as well as training for and running in half marathons.
