With 20 years now under our belt, I can’t help but feel so grateful for where we are as a firm, where we’ve been, and where we’re going.
We started by subleasing a modest (to say the least) one-room office in a light industrial building. Fortunately, we had a few carry-over clients, and a little administrative help from my wife and a good friend. But, we sure had a big hill to climb!
We set out to fill what I believed to be a big gap in the market between the jumbo consulting firms and the myriad of insurance brokers. I was confident there would be demand for truly independent and data-driven professional services that produced measurable results and high-value.
Fortunately, many of you gave us a chance and trusted us to help better manage your health and welfare benefits programs through the years. At the same time, I have been blessed to be joined by a terrific group of professionals ― people that have come together to create and maintain an amazing culture of service to our clients, each other, and our communities.
Great clients, amazing people, and terrific results. We couldn’t have done it without you. And we are so excited to build on our successes!
